Our conditioning program consists of 2 day per week work outs and is recommended with a partner or small group. High intensity strength training, complimented with a conditioning and speed and agility work out every week. Players must be U14-U18 to be in this program. Coaches are always looking for the “bigger, stronger, faster”, so let us help you become bigger, stronger and faster! One of the things a player can control is his work ethic and dedication. Included in the program is a binder of workouts that includes upper body, lower body, speed and agility, conditioning and core. The way the program is structured is we set up 2 days per week for one upper body and one lower body work out session and the player is responsible to repeat those work outs on their own during that week. Coaches set up their schedule for them. Each session takes an hour and 15 minutes to an hour and a half. Are you ready for it?
