Throwing a baseball is not the arm’s natural motion.  Baseball players have to know the proper way to throw and condition their arms.  We emphasize proper throwing mechanics and work with a player’s natural ability to get the most out of their potential.  There is not one way to pitch, there are many.  Every arm slot, leg kick and follow through is player specific but there are points in the delivery that are universal in the game.  Our drills focus on making sure the body is in the right positions when hitting these key points to allow the body to explode to create velocity while focusing on location and movement.  Pitching is not a passive motion and creating torque with the body in the wrong way can lead to long term injury and shorten a player’s career.  We include a 15 minute cardio warm up with a general stretching program and end each session with a 15 minute rotator cuff and core work out for all ages.  (15 min. stretch, 1 or ½ hour session, 15 min post session work out).

90% of a player’s ability can be controlled between the ears.  Throwing a successful pitch does not always mean it is the right pitch.  A successful pitch is the one you believe in and execute.  We teach mental toughness and how to create a mound presence to help you control the game.  Learn to pitch like a pro!
